Where will you be shipping products from?

Our warehouse is in La Crosse WI. We sell through retailers, many who keep stock on hand.

Can I charge my iPad?

I believe the iPad uses the same charge tip (54901) as the iPhone and iPod.  This tip comes standard with the Charg4All systems.

What is the rating/amperage of the charge tube?

Specifications:

  • Input Frequency:  50-60Hz
  • DC Output: 5V
  • Total Current Limit: 2 Amperes
  • Operating Temperature: 0 to 50 Celsius  / 32 to 122 Fahrenheit.

Notice to International Users:

Prior to traveling outside of the USA, please make sure to have a compatible plug adapter for use in the country to which you will be traveling.

I plugged the portable charging mat in and also plugged the phone in but no blue light comes on and also no phone is charging.

On the end of the charge tube (the piece you plug your charge tip into) is an ON/OFF button. Press and release that button to see if your phone begins charging.  Be sure that you are using a good outlet and that all cords fit securely.  If you are still having difficulties please contact customer support http://www.charge4all.net/content/contact-customer-support, and include you phone model and charge tip that your are using.
